Refund Policy


• Products once delivered/ services once fulfilled are non-returnable/ non-replaceable/ nonexchangeable/ non-refundable, save and except: (a) if the product is damaged, defective, expired at 
the time of delivery or incorrectly delivered, and (b) if the return/ refund/ replace/ exchange 
policy listed/ displayed with respect to the relevant product/ service expressly and specifically 
permits the same under specified circumstances – if so, the return/ refund/ replacement/ exchange 
requests shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant policy, including the 
specified timelines and conditions. You are requested to read the relevant policy of each product/ 
service as available on the Shiv Bhandar Platform before placing the order and further raising any 
request for return/ exchange or refund. You will be required to share proof of the issue (including 
images/ video) before any resolution can be provided. No refunds will be permitted for products/ 
services that could not be delivered/ fulfilled due to reasons attributable to the customers/ users 
including incorrect location provided by the customer(s), the customer(s) being unresponsive on 
call, user’s building norms/ society restrictions, etc.
• Perishable goods (e.g., milk, curd, vegetables) and non-perishable goods are non-returnable unless 
damaged or expired at delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
You must report any delivery issues within 24 hours via our support channels.
